Pool Party

Hi there it's time for some new releases at All Dressed Up etsy shop and I got to play with Pool party, isn't she adorable with her polka dot bikini and pineapple sun glasses. There is two more to look at also.

I coloured her with copics used Glossy Accents on her glasses, really old HOTP paper (I think) and some text strips. The weather is certainly not Pool Party weather here, we've had rain for a full week, I popped to see my Dad this morning (he's in my bubble) and the roads were treacherous

Rick Father's Day

Well hello, I have a rather different Father's Day card here, you have to cater for all tastes, this is one of my fave images from Rick St Dennis I have had this image years and I do use it quite a lot, it's called Euro clown with balloon that I coloured with copics, the papers are from HOTP and I made the sentiment myself on the computer, his eyes and balloons are lacquered so they stand out.

Autumn is here

It's time for the September New Releases from Mitzi at aurora wings 

First off we have Skull-and-Roses, I felt like it should be in a colour other than deep red for some reason, so I chose this lovely blue, I coloured with copics , papers are from HOTP really old ones,SnipArt swirls, Artos flowers with a few gems from my stash.

Next we have the super cute Pumpkin-Spice-Sprite doesn't she look yummy,

coloured with copics , papers from First Edition Falling Leaves, gold perfect pearls and three wooden leaves i coloured with copics and popped in the corner, I felt this gorgeous paper didn't need anything else. Perfect Autumn card.

Sorry I've not posted for a while, had a lot going on on the home front, which I wont bother you with, but I've had a lovely distraction with these amazing new images Mitzi has produced, she has certainly been busy. Here we have Forget-Me-Not-Sprite these are one of my favorite flowers, so delicate, tiny and perfect,they are coloured with copics, papers are from HOTP, sentiment stamp was a magazine freebie and flowers from my stash, in the centre of each flower is a tiny drop of liquid pearls, and gems from my stash.

I just love this image Puppy Sprite, and you can get it free for this weekend only, if you purchase $8.00 or more, it made me feel so happy as I was colouring so I decided to put Happy on the front of the card, coloured with copics, the paper is one my sister gave me about 13 years ago,

Here we have the gorgeous Succulent-Sprite  , this reminds me so much of my childhood. We used to have really large pot plant that looked like this and sometimes I think it had red flowers on it (though I could be dreaming that last bit, it is a very long while ago) 

I have used HOTP papers again, coloured with copics, sentiment was a magazine freebie, I used a Joy die cut in the background, a wooden frame from Craft Box for the sentiment and leaves and flowers from my stash.

 This is Icicles-and-Crystals' for the winter of the Four Seasons series ("Wings & Petals" = spring, "Fins & Pearls" = summer, "Vines & Berries" = autumn) I have enjoyed each and every one of this series. I've coloured with copics and used liquid pearls with a sprinkling of glitter, papers are from Craftwork card, assorted snowflake dies and gems from my stash.

what a great image this one is I really love it,

decided to use fairly muted colours as I thought it made it look a bit Folksy, the papers are from HOTP the feathers are SnipArt from The Craft Box , I coloured them then used a crackle paste on top. The sentiment is computer generated.

I made a plaque with this sprite, first I stamped the gessoed wood with Imagination's text stamp, then using Imaginations diamond stencil I layered it with black paste, coloured and laquered a SnipArt Love and Scroll fixed to the frame with the Happy Pierrot and some flowers, the balloons are laquered as well. I coloured the Sprite with copics.

I used Galeria Paper Retro, Making Memories Tree and Mushroom dies, a Mum chipboard blank that I coloured and glittered, coloured with copics.

Hiya, what another glorious day, i feel quite guilty spending time indoors, but my girl dog Fern wasn't very well yesterday and I don't want her to get to much sun so I'm only going out for short spells then bringing her back in. Other half has gone fishing so its ME time. This card is for the WOJ Challenge, Rach has given us a wonderful sketch to follow, she is truly multi talented, and I'm using my new Herb stamp i got from The Hobby House last weekend, Oh I love that shop, I've coloured with copics glittered the snowman, used my nesties for matting a HOTP rub on gems and tinsel ribbon from my stash.

Evening, what a gorgeous day weve had here in sunny Skegness, far to nice to be working but at least it looks good when you look out the window. lol. Hope it stays nice for the weekend. I really enjoyed making this card, (I really enjoy making all my cards lol) the sketch is great from The Pink Elephant Challenge, and Cupcake Craft asked us to use 2 colours, 2 shapes and 2 ribbons,

Evening, hope everyone is having a good holiday weekend, still got another day before I'm back at work, heheheeeeee, thought I would use my third and last magnolia stamp, for the Just Magnolia challenge, I've used HOTP papers and Jumbo brads and eyelets for the Belli Challenge, if you go for the Belli challenge there is a Mr Linky but its quite a way down from the last post but just keep going down and you'll find it. Well I'm of to put some of my sisters stock out of her shop onto ebay for her, it takes ages for the photos to upload, it may take all night ,hope to be back tomorrow.

just ribbon

Hiya everyone, I'm on a double tonight, not wine unfortunetly lol, but challenges. Firstly Just magnolia, not sure how long I'm going to manage this challenge as at the moment I've only got three magnolia stamps, I think a little shopping trip is in the pipeline. This week they wanted us to use pink and green, well that is one of my fave colour combo's at the moment, it changes every month depending on what new papers I have, the second is a wonderful sketch from Raspberry ribbons, you really must pop over and take a look at the yummy ribbon kits they have, I've used K&Co paper, magnolia stamp, three different widths of ribbon layered on top of each other, I couldn't decide which colour so opted for all three,rest is from my stash. Hope to be back on Friday MIL is coming for dinner tomorrow night. Then its another long weekend, how I wish I could have Mondays off every week.

Three again

Hiya I seem to be doing alot of three challenges in one card at the moment, mainly as I'm so short of time, but not today I've had the day off horay!!!! We have decided to have a few days of at home, can't remember the last time that happend, being self employed holidays are a few and far between. Anyway down to business the colour scheme green and yellow comes from another new challenge to me Simon Says, Spoonfull of sugar asked for punches and dies, I've used two EK punches retro and daisy flowers, Fiskars border punch and my labels nesties. The sketch is another one of the talented Becky from My time to craft and I used R A M Lily- springtime stamp coloured with my trusty prismas.Papers are from HOTP

I have used an early birthday present here, my hubby brought me the Leanne Ellis set of stamps from Sugar Nellie, this one is called Luvvie and isn't she just, so is my gorgeous hubby, I coloured her with my prismas and sansador and the papers are from an old pack of HOTP I found the other night, the flowers are from my sisters craft shop Krazy Krafters, thank you for taking the time to look, hope to be back tomorrow.

Craft Stamper Challenge

Hiya, hope everyone is well, my sister owns a craft shop in a village about 10 miles away, unfortunetly she is not very well so I'm afraid I've got to spend a full day in a craft shop tomorrow, stroking papers to my hearts content. lol.
