Party Frock

Hi there, I hope your feeling a bit cooler after the heat wave weve been having in the UK, I'm afraid I don't do heat so have been chasing the shadows round the garden trying to find somewhere cool to roost, anyway it's time for a new challenge on the ADU facebook page and this month it's 

"ADD A FLOWER"

What a great theme, I have used one of Wendy's new images it's called Party Frock and you can get it from ADU Etsy shop 

I coloured her with copics, broken china distress ink, the beautiful papers are from Maja Design Coffee in the Arbour, chipboard from Scrapiniec, flowers and lace from my stash.

Summer Hols from All Dressed Up Stamps

It's time for the new releases at All dressed up stamps  and I'm using Summer hols 

You not only get all three ladies together but they come individually as well.

I decided to make a set of three cards all using the same Maja  Design paper pads " Life by the sea"

They were all coloured with copics, the stamps used were from Sheena Douglas and the wooden embellishments are from Craft Box

Love my Sister ADU

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE

I hope you've all recovered from last nights celebrations.

What a great way to start off the new year with a new challenge,

Your Favorite colour, well mine is a combination of pink and grey at the moment.

I have used Love my Sister from All Dressed Up Stamps that I coloured with copics.

Used Maja Design Vintage Autumn Basics papers, GoKreate Sister die,cheescloth,

pearls, seam binding ribbon, flowers and Frantage embossing powder.

Christmas Sprites from Aurora Wings

Hi there, how excited am I , we have three new Sprites to showcase for you today from Aurora wings

Firstly we have Sugar Plum Sprite , isn't she the cutest, perfect for the little dancer in your life, papers are Maja Designs, chipboard snowflake and pearls from stash, liquid pearls, tree die from Joy, stamp from Making cards magazine.

 Here is Snowflake Sprite I had to do her in cool colours, I won a triangle die from Swedish house crafts birthday celebrations, so I had a little play at cutting out a star with it, quite pleased with the effect. The purple metallic card was embossed with snow and behind it I placed silver acetate snowflakes.

Shabby Christmas

Hi there, I'm feeling a bit Shabby Chic today,

so I've made a Christmas card in my mood.

The papers are from my favorite Christmas paper pack " Maja Designs Vintage Frost Basics"

I've distressed the edges of the paper and also the topper which comes with the pack, the stars are cut from some left over crackle card I made for another card, the candy canes are chipboard that i painted, I've used an Amy Design die with Kraft card, I also dry brushed this with white gesso, and there's a piece of cheesecloth under the topper. Some bright spark told me there is only 22 weeks before the C Word so I thought I would get cracking, I don't wont a repeat of last year where I actually had to buy some cards as I had sold mine and didn't have enough.
