Hiya, well I don't know about you but I really enjoyed our hop.

This week at The Paper Shelter the theme is

"ANYTHING GOES"

But this time the challenge will last for three weeks, so the DT can have a well earned break over the Christmas period

I decided to use Christmas Elf, coloured with copics and lashings of glitter, the papers are from Dovecraft, the little wooden tree I coloured with copics and stuck clear gems on, the sentiment is made on my computer .

The prize this week as always is a $30 gift voucher if you use a TPS image or 3 digi's of your choice for any other image.

The Paper Shelter 3rd Birthday Hop

The Paper Shelter #139

Hi there, wow it is sooooo cold here, heating has defo gone on this week. 

But it's lovely and warm in my Bats Cave, which is a good job as I'm so behind with my Christmas card orders. 

This week at The paper shelter The theme is

" Shopping Spree"

Well I'm sure there's plenty of that going on at the moment.

I've combined two images for this one, the girls are Sharing a rainy day and the shopping bags are from Shopping Girl My Hubby is a bit of a wiz on photoshop and cut and pasted them on for me.

I coloured with copics, used glitter on the trim, Dovecraft papers, cream ribbon, a new butterfly die that I seem to have gone overboard on, a pearl slider and the butterflies have little pearls on.

Morning all, hope your all well and happy, if not we have a great challenge for you at The paper shelter this week, it's all about ribbons, 

"Use that Ribbon"

now that's sure to cheer you up.

I chose Vintage Seamstress to colour up, I used my copics as usual and I've just had a count up and I actually used 5 different ribbons, thick cream, pull up cream, tape measure ribbon and two on the bobbins,

the papers are new leaf from first edition, a heart doily i coloured with pink distress ink,paper flowers and leaves from my stash and some brand new never been out the box before dies the dress dummy and cotton bobbins.

Morning, hope your all well. Our heatwave is still on going with a few thunderstorms thrown in to break the bordem up.

I have chose one of my fave images The Dragon Whisperer she reminds me of that girl in the Game of Thrones TV series, but our dragon is so much cuter,

I coloured her with copics, used First edition new leaf papers, Spellbinder ornate oval and foliage dies, paper flowers from stash and some pearl stars and circles.

The Paper Shelter # 116

We've had gorgeous weather here this week, I hope it's been nice were you are, makes you feel like doing things when it's nice, I actually tackled my nettle patch on Sunday and the garden now looks twice the size it was. Which means twice as much gardening, I must admit I'm a fair weather gardener, but once I get motivated and start I really enjoy it.

This weeks challenge at The paper shelter is

"Pink & White or Blue and White"

This is a new stamp called Mad about Video Games, I have a Husband and 2 Sons that all play Video Games so I think this image is going to get plenty of use.

I paper pieced this one for a change, coloured his skin and hair with copics, used a Little Claire sentiment stamp, nestie, blue gems, papers from DCWV and Grace Taylor.

Morning all, hope you had a good weekend, I went to the Sincerely Yours show at Lincoln and it was awesome, spent far to much money, and now I can't find anywhere to put my new stash, such problems. lol.

This week at The paper shelter the theme is

Easel or Shaped Cards

I couldn't decide which so combined the two.

I've used A Mucha Influence cause I love her, coloured with copics, Spellbinder to cut the card shape and also the mount, some old cotton lace, pearl sprays and an assortment of paper flowers, K & Co papers.
I thought I'd use this for my Mums Birthday, it's quite thick so I wouldn't like to post it but I'll be hand delivering it anyway. I'ts not till next month so I best put it somewhere safe, it wouldn't be the first time I've made cards in advance and then lost them, so then I have to rush round and make a new one.

LET IT BE SPRING

I hope the theme for The Paper Shelter challenge rubs off, and we get a bit of Spring weather.

The weather lady has just informed me to expect snow!!

Why is it they are always wrong when it might be good weather, but right when it's bad.

I've chosen The Sweet Gardener coloured her with copics, although her hair isn't quite so orange in real life, the papers are DCWV , the flowers are made up of three punches and the leaves are a McGill punch that I've had for years and just rediscovered how much I love it, the sentiment I generated on the computer, cut with a nestie and the center of the flowers are gems,

Hiya, we have everyone's favorite at the paper shelter this week

" ANYTHING GOES"

I've made a card completely out of my comfort zone this week, but I think it does you good to break out of the mould occasionally  

  

I chose Vintage Floral Frame which comes ready coloured, I printed it off four times and cut and layered it up, I used K & Co papers, antique lace, pearl hearts singles and shaped, paper flowers and leaves.

The Paper Shelter Blog Hop Winner

Hi there, well are you ready yet? No I'm not either, seems really weird this year as we are having two Christmases, we had one last week with my Boys and their partners, as they are both working over Christmas, and one next week with my parents, we've also had a couple meals out , I think I'll be a bit fed up with Turkey come the New Year. But its all good fun.

Morning all, we have a great theme this week at the paper shelter its

"An Easel card with a Christmas Theme"

I used Christmas Carols coloured with copics, gold card, papermania paper, poinsettia flowers, nesties, marianne corner die, ribbon and the verse and sentiment were produced on my computer.

The Paper Shelter #86 Charming

Hiya, well I think Autumns gone and Winters arrived here already, it's proper cold and really dark in the mornings, quite depressing really, but lots of things to look forward to, 

The theme this week at The paper shelter is "CHARMING", I really love charms on a  card, I have loads, but the problem is I don't like them leaving my room, I don't mind putting them on a card as long as I can keep it, my Hubby says its cause I'm tight, I just think I get attached to them, so this card is extra special because Ive used 2, went a bit light headed then, and I'm sending it to my Neice, I wonder if she will let me visit it. lol.

I've used Too Cute to Spook which is on offer this week only $2.50 , what a bargin.

Papers are Bearly Mine Designs Happy Haunting just look at those gorgeous spiders, coloured with copics, Nesties to cut out the image, I made the cobweb with some black thread and a needle, black and orange bazill bazics.

Hi there, the theme this week at the paper shelter is "Autumn"

and I must say the leaves in our village are certainly turning, and with the nights drawing in 

it is definitely getting Autumnal .

I chose my image from the Happy Times Mega pack. He looks well chilled out, I coloured him with copics, used papermania papers, Tim Holtz ticket, Spellbinders foliage die and a bit of brown ink.
