Moustache Valentine

Hi there, how are you getting on with your Valentine cards, I've managed to get 15 done for my local shop , so I'm quite pleased with that. Hubby and I don't send Valentine's cards, been married 42 years and it's something we have never done, we tell each other how much we love them every day, so I guess it works for us, plus it is only a few days away from our joint birthday.

If I did send him a card it would definitely be this one, he would love a moustache as wonderous  as this one. he he.

The image is an old one from Lisa at Twistoon called Heart Moustache but I believe it has been discontinued now , I coloured it with copics and the papers came free with Making Cards magazine.

Christmas is coming

What a great challenge for you this month, "Christmas is coming" 

It sure is quicker than I ever imagined, have you got all your cards made yet?

I think I'm going to have to buy a box this year, hangs her head in shame, well just for people I don't really know, and they don't know I make cards, I love this image from All dressed up stamps it's called Snowy-days and is a really quick one to make.

I coloured the image with copics used Glossy Accents on his nose,eyes and buttons, the paper was free from Making cards magazine, the snowflakes from Anna at Craft Box a bit of glitter and a Rub on I found in the bottom of my drawer.

Chunky Monkey DT

Well hello there, I have some really good news to share with you today,

I have been chosen to be part of the brand new Chunky Monkey Crafts DT 

Dani designs the most wonderful quirky stamps to enhance the back of your cards, envelopes and even feature on the front, Here is the  Etsy Shop, and Blog

 I chose this sentiment as I'm using it on my Granddaughter Amelies 5th Birthday card,

the little glass drops are also from Chunky Monkey the Etsy shop

 I used an image from Pink Gem called Birthday-unicorn and coloured it with copics

I will add the colours later when back at my computer, the dies are Sissex and the backing papers are a freebie from Making Cards magazine.
