Hi there, been messy playing again, realized what i did wrong with this heart plaque, I used heavy gesso to prime with and it was just to thick, still you learn by your mistakes and I played about with it learning more stuff along the way.
I got my hubby to cut me a heart shape from ply wood and it's a really good base to work on so will defo be doing that again. Most of the things on the plaque are from my craft box.

Just posted my entry over on Altered Electics and saw this gorgeous heart so came straight here for a closer look. This is gorgeous and it appears as if it is slightly domed n shape. Love the colour and those embellishments just seem to meld into the design. Hugs ValeryAnne.
Great multi media project. I love your colour choice.
Thanks for joining in the fun at CRAFT this week.

A beautiful shaped heart Debs and I really think your use of heavy gesso was a master stroke as it's certainly added some great texture. Thank you so much for sharing you sweet heart with us over at That's Crafty and joining the *Anything but Cards* Challenge. Best Wishes Tracey.

Ya mixed media is tricky to try to put products together isn't it? I dabbled for awhile and went to some of Finnibair's classes but now have forgotten everything. LOL!! I think you did well!! Thanks for joining us this month at Noor! Design UK for the "Anything Goes" challenge. My personal favorite! LOL! Hugs!
