Mother's Day

I've been doing a bit of housekeeping on my computer ( definitely not my house) and I found a card I forgot to blog for Mother's Day.

The stamps were a freebie of a magazine, I used first edition papers, bird cage charm, pearls and flowers from my stash, I coloured the image with copics.

Tim Holtz Father's Day

Hiya, well I actually got started with my Father's Day cards, I thought I would share this one with you. I've gone all Tim Holtz, I bought a set of three of Tim's dies so I cut one out to try as you do and thought Wow that makes a great stencil, so the paper is a cheapy from The Works, but the quality is totally amazing so thick, and I stenciled with a bit of Black Soot distress ink.

hope you have all had a productive weekend, I had to work until 4 yesterday

then this morning I had a ride out to see Mum and Dad, and a play this after, 

so a really nice day.

GDT at Aurora Wings

Hi there, I feel honored to be a guest designer for this months challenge at Aurora wings challenge

And the theme is " My Secret Garden" 

What better image than a Pansy-Sprite 

The walls of the garden were made using structure past and a Dd stencil, once dry i coloured it with distress inks, the wrought iron gates are a die from Crafter's Companion called grand-entrance ,I cut it from black card and then highlighted areas using Peablo silver gilding wax,  the flower paper behind my Sprite is from Graphic 45 called Mon Amour collection

New Dies and an Old favorite

Hi there, well I should be making my Fathers Day cards for the shop, but I'm playing instead.

I bought a few new dies at the weekend and I've used the Memory box Splashing Puddles and

 Die-namics Hello, the stamp is a really old one from Whimsy Animals called Frog.

He has got the cutest little face, I've been trying to organize my stamps and I had forgotten all 

about this one, I also found the Turtle and Duck so you may see those soon.

Strawberry Patch, new release

Hiya, I hope your all well, I'm hopefully on route home, I went to the Newark sincerely yours craft fair today, I might have a bag or two of crafty goodies as well, i best sneak them in through the back door as Hubby says if I take much more upstairs he will have to reinforce the floor.
At least the new images from All dressed up stamps don't weigh anything. lol,
