Hiya, everything is coming up roses at Aurora wings this week,
We have a double release for you, this one is called
"Crown of Roses"
When I started to colour her up I had it in my head she was going to be a Birthday card
but then halfway through I thought ,wouldn't she look beautiful on a Christmas card.
Since I am wayyyy behind with my Chrissy cards I opted for the later, and I must say I'm really pleased with the outcome.
I coloured her with copics
E000,E00,E21,E53,R11
C02,C03,C05
V12,V15,V17,V09
YG23,YG25
Pearl drops in gold, lilac and silver.
purple gems for her earrings, cheesecloth, organza ribbon
purple gems and green gem flower from the Trinket Box
The second release is called
"Weeping Rose"
and straight away I knew I was going to turn this one into a Christmas card.
I coloured her with copics
E000,E00,E21,E53,R11
C02,C03
B0000,B000,B00,B02
First edition papers, cheesecloth (I'm getting a bit addicted to this stuff, I just bought 5 yards of it so it should last me a few weeks.) Silver snowflake charm, Diamante snowflakes, ribbon rossette, blue gem, paper flowers and leaves and silver pearl drops.
I would like to enter these in the following;

They are both so wonderful xoxo
Loving how you've kept a basically monochrome palette on both of your exquisite cards, Debs! Gorgeous coloring and design. Both make fabulous Christmas cards. Can't pick a fave. You ROCK! xxD
I LOVE how you turned them into gorgeous Christmas cards, Debra! And it worked beautifully! Your monochromatic/limited palette is an elegant approach to these images. Both are so classy, feminine, and opulent. Thank you so much for these gorgeous inspirations for our new release showcase at Aurora Wings today. Mitzi xxx
They are both beautiful and your colouring of them is fantastic. Hugs Mrs A.
