Evening, I had a little play this after, instead of tidying, I've been dying to ink this stamp up, I ordered it to make my sister her birthday card but unfortunetly it didn't arrive in time. I've used K&Co papers , copics, nesties, prima flower and brad from stash, the otherflower I punched from my EK retro daisy. This sketch is from sketch saturday,and it is also 21cm x 15cm as in the option, Stamp something wanted your fave stamp and something punched , my new stamps are always my fave, Copic Creations wanted your fave colour cominations mine areYG0000, YG00,YG03, YG23 and B0000,B00, B32, B23 although I am very new to copics so it will probably change with each card i make.

Morning, thought I'd quickly post this challenge this morning before I carry on trying to put some order back in my Bats Cave. I found a corner last night and had a little play, but I can't for the life of me find my glitter glue, can remember moving it but not sure where, had to pinch some of hubbies wood glue,rofl,

Did three challenges on this card used the sketch from SS and only just realised it was supposed to be a birthday card for Heidi, sorry Heidi how about an early Christmas card instead, that'll teach me to right everything down and not just the sketch. CI wanted Blue/Brown love this colour combo but not to sure for a Chrissy card. PE gave us a recipe 2 squares, 1 ribbon and something that sparkles.

Used a Sugar Nellie stamp coloured with Copics, MME papers, brown Bazill, nesties, MS snowflake punch and glitter, ribbon and gems from my stash.

Hiya, hope you all had a good bank holiday, the weather in Skeggy is brill with a bit of wind to keep you cool, we have a bypass round our village now so we dont see or hear any of the holiday traffic, it is fantastic. Didn't get hardly any crafting done, Hubby treated me to some new units for my Bats Cave, they are double kitchen units with no legs which makes them just the right height to sit at. I'm still waiting for my worktop to arrive so everything is in boxes. I have a 3 meter wall and hes put a double unit either end and then a worktop will go across the top and i have a knee hole in the middle, I'll take a photo when its tidy.
This card is for FS its a great sketch and they wanted blue/orange as the colour theme, I knew which papers to use straight away as I've picked them up a few times this month then put them down again, they are from MME used one of my girlz from sugar nellie and cooured her with my copics (just ordered the new pastel ones, hijacking the postman till they arrive) matted with the nesties and used EK flower punches and pearls.
Got to pick my MIL up from the Humber Bridge tonight, going to see my sister tomorrow and then MIL is coming to us on Thursday so I proberbly wont get back her till Friday, unless my worktop comes and then I'll be arranging my stash. Must get back to work now I seem to have waffled on a bit. lol.

Hiya, I really am pleased with the way this card turned out, I love this colour combination, I've used papers from K&Co, sentiment stamp from WOJ, gorgeous Leanne Ellis girls, EK border punch, green bazill and ribbon from my stash.
The sketch is from the wonderful Dawn over at ICS, it made me think a bit but loved it and the DT cards are equally brill.
Hope everyone is looking forward to the bank holiday, I certainly am my son and DIL are coming home for the weekend, so I get a chance to spoil them. r. its almost their 1st wedding anniversary, how time flies.

Evening, I had my dogs stripped today they look soooo gorgeous just like puppies again, its strange how having shorter coats makes their eyes look bigger, I'll try and get a photo tomorrow. Thought I would try the new challenge over at Anyone for anya, its a new site and this is there fist challenge and the theme is "Sugar and spice and all things nice" well I think all Anyas are so that wasn't difficult. Cute Daiy wanted Blue and Green, I love these colours together even if they shouldn't be seen. Sketch and stash gave us another gorgeous sketch and my something new is the sentiment stamp I got in a set from The Hobby House they are by Whif of Jooy.

I've used MME papers, nestie, Ek punches, prima flowers, copics, the rest from my stash, I also put some 3D laquer on the sunglasses.

Hiya, what another glorious day, i feel quite guilty spending time indoors, but my girl dog Fern wasn't very well yesterday and I don't want her to get to much sun so I'm only going out for short spells then bringing her back in. Other half has gone fishing so its ME time. This card is for the WOJ Challenge, Rach has given us a wonderful sketch to follow, she is truly multi talented, and I'm using my new Herb stamp i got from The Hobby House last weekend, Oh I love that shop, I've coloured with copics glittered the snowman, used my nesties for matting a HOTP rub on gems and tinsel ribbon from my stash.

Evening, I really enjoyed this sketch from Friday Sketchers, and its a one off, just the one challenge didn't feel like combining tonight. I've used one of my new fave manga kids stamps from sugar nellie, the papers were freebies in a magazine from a few years ago now (really must have a clear out, but you never know when they might be needed) bazill cardstock, nesties and paper flowers,oh yes and a retro daisy punch. Evening, I tried my new canson board that arrived yesterday and I think I've got to start again wiyh my copics they behave very different than they did on my super smooth card.But I think I like them, I ordered the wrong pad it came with blue grid lines round the edges but I couldn't wait and send it back to swap it. Miss impatients. Used one of my sugar nellie stamps and some brand new K&Co paper, prima flowers,big brads HOTP , sugar brads and rub on.

I;ve used the lovely sketch from sketch and stash the new is my papers, both CCC and SS wanted Christmas in August so I've put it in for both , but I think I'm on a role with xmas cards I have 8 done so far , and a lovely Herb snowman from WOJ on my bench just waiting to be inked, so I might do another one on Friday.

Got my MIL tomorrow so I shaln't get in my cave, its been so hot again today here at sunny Skegness, great for the holiday makers but not if you have to work.

Evening, ohhh it is so hot, or is it just my age, lol, thought I'd use this gorgeous manga girl, coloured her with my copics, used 7 gypsies paper,prima flower 1 pearl brad and 2 tiny ones in her hair and bit of lace out of my sewing box.
The sketch is from the super Maggie over at Sunday sketch & stamp, the DT wedding cards are all super. Daring cardmakers wanted us to use lace and i found this scrap of green it was about 2 inches wide so i cut it in half , the sentiment is from whif of joy.
My new Canson manga art board came today so I'm hoping to have a play with it tomorrow when i get back from my salsasize class , aparently you can burn up to 500 calories in a 1 hour class, I must say when i come out of there i feel like I've used 2,000. lol, so unfit, but i am trying. Hope to be back tomorrow

Evening, hope you all had a good weekend, I certainly did (she says with a smug smile on her face) I went to The Hobby House on Sat, this is usually treat enough , but this Sat I went to the amazing Bev Rochester's workshop, it was out of this world, what a fantastic super talented lady she is. This was my second workshop with this amazing lady and I went with my best friend Sue, we both agreed how much more confidence we had this time, think we were to gob struck last time. Bev gave us so many tips and help with our colouring if you pop across to her site Here you can see the card we made.

Now to this card I brought this WOJ stamp on Sat I fellin love with his cheeky face and thought he would fit the OCC challenge xmas in August, the sketch is from SS and I've added a charm so also fits in with LOTV, by the way have you seen the new stamps over at the LOTV site, drop dead gorgeous. Cooured him with my copics, used MS border and snowflake punches the rest from my stash.

Evening, I managed to finish a couple of cards I'd already started tonight:) my bat cave is upstairs in the dormer bedroom and the afternoon and evening sun comes straight through my window , which is lovely in winter but unbearable in the summer. But I've got a fan talar its great, my dogs love it aswell, I thought if I'd do a Xmas card it would cool me down a bit aswell.

Evening, I got some new rubber, he he he, its a set of three from the greeting farm, I love them.

Evening I'm really pleased with the way this card turned out. I made it for the ICS challenge, they wanted a Christmas card using there wonderfull sketch. It fitted my three snowmen stamps I brought earlier this year. They are from Staptivity, and I brought this bumper pack of Papermania 12"x12" yesterday I coloured them with copics and sakura glaze for the carrots.

Hiya well Ive finally caught up with my cards, this one has turned out better than i thought it would, the sketch is by Jeanette over at Friday sketchers, it never fails to amaze me how small the world becomes when you are on the internet, here i am doing a sketch by Jeanette in Canada!!! it was a lovely sketch thank you. Colour create wanted pink, orange and green i was going to go for citrus shades but then opted for a mmore pastel shade, which I'm pleased with. Cute card thrs wanted fruity these stamps from WOJ are certainly fruity and i also added a cherry charm, i used my copics to colour MME and K&Co papers with pink bazill some green pearls pink flowers from my sister and prima larger flower EK flower and border punches. those border punches are amazing they go through quite thick card like butter. i love them.

I love these papers from K&Co they are just a bit greyer than the photo but gorgeous. I got this stamp from the NEC one year I think they were from the Card Fairy. My son goes fishing with his Dad when he visits so this card fitted the bill, he's more into Golf actually but realised I'd used my golf stamp last year, me thinks its time for a shopping trip, does anyone know if the show at Newark has its new dates yet, thats quite close to me so ideal. I used the sketch over at I (heart) to stamp, loved it so I'll certainly use it again.

Hi, well my internet crashed on Sat night and I've been on the BT helpline since then, I phoned a computer shop in Skeg, he is brill , and was all set to take my laptop in this morning. Thought I'd give it one last try and wholla it worked, I don't think I will ever understand computers.lol. So this is the card I finished on Sunday, the wonderfull Jill over on Sat Challenge gave us a lovely sketch, my snow couple fitted it well, it is a fairly large stamp from Sugar nellie so not many sketchers lend themselves to it. I coloured with my copics, matted with my nesties, added a few jellytots and stickles and its done thats four xmas cards I've got done this year, 4 more than last and a long way from what I need. lol. Think I might have to do a few more xmas challenges.

Pony club

Well todays my first day of my holidays and I've come down with a stinker of a cold, we only get two weeks a year and I always get a cold , why is that when for the other 50 weeks I'm fine, Oh well its only a cold. Have you all been over to the Creatalicious challenge site and entered there candy draw, there is also a DT call and a lovely sketch , this is my card, so fingers crossed.
I've used a Sugar nellie stamp coloured with Copics matted with my new nesties that was on offer at the hobby house last week, my minds eye paper and some orange bazil, I used an EK border punch some prima flowers found the horsey charm in my bit box so that was lucky. My son and DIL are visiting this weekend which is great its lovely to see them wish they wern't so far away, at least there not in Australia though. lol. Hope to be back tomorrow I've started a Christmas card so it should be here then.

Hi there, I hope youve all had a lovely weekend, mines been great, had the afternoon in my bat cave and got a bit more tidying up done. This is one of my new stamps i got from funky kits, shes so unusual, I think this card fits three challenges, SCSC wants 2 DP 3 buttons 1 ribbon, I made the buttons out of some acrylic flowers.Copic wanted us to use R35, YG63 & YR04 I dont have YR04 so i just used the other two,and there is a lovely sketch on sketch sat. Hiya, back again this is my second card today and its for two challenges Stamp something, as it has butterflies and little dickie birds on and the sketch is from Friday sketchers, I thought this card was quite summery (is that a proper word?) with the flowered DP and her summery clothes. Quite ironic since weve had thunder storms and hail stones today, we had some deliveries to do at work and it was trying to time them in between showers. Got a bit of a countdown starting today just one week and I'm on holiday, Yahooo, well ready for a break , been a right shitty year so far so need to recharge the old batteries,

I managed two cards today this one is for colour create that wanted blue and white ( theres a bit of silver in there aswell so I hope it still counts).

I also fits the stamptacular bonus build a card, which was great fun ,each of the 10 DT gave us something we must include on our card. Ive used a gorgus girl as my stamped image, dcwv paper, oval nestie , silver matting, white ribbon, blue and white flowers, silver charm, diamante sparkle and a freindly sentiment, whew!!!!

Hi I'm so pleased with myself I've actually made a start on tidying my craft room, well a couple of hours tidying before I succombed to making a card.lol. This is one of my Debbi Moore samples. Debbi Moore now sells stamps from Staptivity, well Im in heaven, I looooove Staptivity stamps I couldn't believe my luck when a set of Fairies came through my letter box. Debbi is on Ideal World on Thrs 23 at 2pm for a two hour special then on Tues 28that 2pm .The backing papers are also from Debbi's flower CD .I've used my nesties and fantasy film for the wings and glitter on the skirt and top. This card fits lovely with the fairy theme over on Daring cardmakers this week, and the DT cards are gorgeous.

Evening, this must be some sort of record, 3 cards in 3 nights, I havn't managed that in a couple of months, and its amazing how chilled out I feel, wish I could bottle it for later. lol. Its my nephews birthday on Friday so I thought I'd make him a guitar card as he plays Rock Band on his X box, MTTC asked for music to my ears, and the sketch was designed by Barb over at SS&S the papers are 7gypsies, inkadinkado stamps, embossed in black sparkle, ribbon from stash and gems from Delish. Hiya, I love the colours on this card, D C wanted us to use blue and green together so I looked through my dp and found this one by K&Co, I used a WOJ stamp and they gave us a recipe this week, 3 patterned papers, 3 flowers and 1 ribbon, these fitted with a wonderfull sketch from FS.Its been a nice treat having the evening at home, we fetched my mother in law from hospital this afternoon she looks so much better and looking forward to sleeping in her own bed.

Hi all, what do you do in a heatwave? make a christmas card. lol.

I've used three blues men snowmen from Stamptivity, I love their stamps, and masked them to look like a cool gang, CI wanted masking, the sketch is from Truly Scrumptious and I loved it ,

The Christmas theme is from Stamp Something, its quite a good idea to get a few xmas cards done now so it wont be such a rush in Dec, I'm going to try and make one a week, thats a laugh I'm only managing one card a week as it is . I'm going to love you and leave you I've sold some things on ebay and I need to wrap them up for posting tomorrow. Hope to be on a bit more this week, my Mother in law has been in hospital but hopefully she will be coming out early next week so that will make things a bit easier.

Hello, long time no blog again, its been a funny old week . Got my mother in law in hospital which is about 30 miles away so running around a bit plus my brother that lives in Belgium came to visit and its Mums birthday, ohh almost forgot my son and daughter in law are here for the weekend, they live in Leeds. Hiya,well what a bad blogger I am, just havn't had a lot of time recently, but I've managed a card tonight, whew!!!! it seems like an age since I've managed anything, but back with a vengence I've done two challenges in one here, the sketch is from Just Magnoia a couple of weeks ago I liked the look of it so kept it for future refrence, I have a spiral note book and copy any sketches I really like into that then if I get a mental block I pull out my book and wholla I'm all inspired again, this one is by the lovely Rach. Stamp with fun wanted us to use Dots and I have plenty of those, the baking paper is a K&Co and te Magnolia Pony has dots aswell. Roses on paper just wanted flowers and for us to combine the challenge with another, that was easy.lol. I've used my nesties,prima flowers and I'm also trying to get to grips with my few copics I've brought they are certainly taking some getting used to, think I'm being a bit heavy handed actually, trying to rush to get as much done in a couple of hours as poss. Wedding

Evening, it seems ages since I've had time to make a card never mind visit the blogs, but I've had a ME evening and really enjoyed it,mmmmmmmmmm I feel so content.
This is my wedding card, I'm afraid the photo hasn't turned out very well I think its the silver card, I tried using my daylight lamp but it didn't help much. Still you can get the gist. Its for the stamp something challenge, I love this stamp from stamping bella , Ive used a sakura stardust pen for the glitter on the flowers, ribbon from stash,brads and paper from my sister, Im hoping to get a bit more me time this week. Hello, I just love this sugar nellie stamp, custard, and with Stampavie challenge of black and yellow it just had to come out, I also used a Little Claire daisy stamp on the background. Another quicky tonight as I have to get my stuff ready for tomorrows workshop at The Hobby House, with Bev Rochester, so looking forward to it well worth the forty mile drive.

Evening, what a gorgeous day weve had here in sunny Skegness, far to nice to be working but at least it looks good when you look out the window. lol. Hope it stays nice for the weekend. I really enjoyed making this card, (I really enjoy making all my cards lol) the sketch is great from The Pink Elephant Challenge, and Cupcake Craft asked us to use 2 colours, 2 shapes and 2 ribbons,

Trio

Evening, I've done 3in1 tonight ABC wanted P for Pearls so I've used some pearl brads from Delish, in the middle of my flowers. The colour scheme is from Colour Create Lemon, Chocolate and Pink and also Shabby Chic was mentioned. Im not that good at shabby. The lovely sketch comes last weeks Simon Says I didn't get chance to use it last week but liked the look of it and thought I'd use it this week instead. Sarah Kay stamp just because I love it.

Belli

Hi, here's my card as guest designer for the Belli Challenge, Chris sent a download of some images for graduate, so I tiled the cap to make a baking paper and coloured it in, printed off the sentimate and made a scroll . Layered a couple of nesties to make a mat.

I really enjoyed being a guest designer on the Belli Challenge it was certainly an experience .lol.

well must get back to work now I'm on my tea break.

Its ages since I've managed to craft, but I thought I'd cheer myself up by doing my wet wet wet card, the stamp is a Kerry Jo from Debbi Moore, the papers are Delish and flowers from my stash, the gorgeous sketch was from Friday sketchers and the theme was from Daring cardmakers. Two tonight

Evening, I've managed to do two challenges in one tonight.

I've used the lovely sketch from the Sketch Saturday Challenge and the colour scheme from Colour Create that uses sky blue, tan and ecru, they als wanted gloss, glitter or glaze I dont know if it counts as I've used pearlised paper for the gloss and pearls in the flowers, she is wearing a bit of sakura glaze pen on her lips aswell. WOJ stamp, K&Co papers, nesties rest from my stash.

Will have to miss tomorrow as we are off to the pictures.

Hi this is my first time doing the copic challenge, I usually use prismas but decided to treat myself( after months of saying no I shaln't ) to a few markers, and I must say I think I shall get some more, I'm just struggling a bit trying to find some card where thy dont bleed over the edges. I used a whif of joy stamp, K&Co papers, nesties and brads from my stash.

Hiya, hope you have had a good weekend, I decided to do the Whiff of Joy challenge today, the brief was to make a card for a friend, I have a couple of friends this card would suit down to the ground, I've used K&Co paper with some plain bazill, ribbon and brad from stash flowers are prima.
