I've used Kody, coloured with copics, K&Co papers, EK punch and a brad from stash oh nearly forgot the "You Rock" is a inkadinkadoo stamp.

Fabulous card Debs; love the image and your layout is great! Good luck with the internet thing - drives me nuts when that happens. It seems to happen a lot when I use Internet Explorer so I've just downloaded Google Chrome to see if that's any better - so far so good! xx
