Friday sketcher

Hiya, I hope everyone is well and getting plenty of crafting done, this is the first time I've managed to craft since Sunday, I must admit I was starting to get twitchy lol. but I've had my quick fix to last me untill I've finished work tomorrow. This is two of the new Whiff of joy stamps a very usefull tree stump and an adorable little boy. He's been coloured in with prismas, can't remember where the paper came from. I've made this card for the Friday Sketchers, Jacqualine from the Netherlands designed the sketch this week and the DT cards are brilliant. I only just got it done in time, see you tomorrow.

Whiff of joy

Hiya, well my new stamps from Whiff of joy arrived last week and today is the first chance I've had to play with them, wow they are gorgeous, you don't know what your getting untill they arrive but I'm certainly NOT disapointed , much better than I could imagine, it took me twenty minutes of drooling to decide which one to ink up first. Well I opted for this one isn't she sweeet and lilac is my fave colour this week so she just had to wear lilac this week. I've used HOTP papers and coloured with my prismas the frame is from a new cricut cartridge my sister brought me for looking after her shop on Saturdays for the last month its called Story Book . Oh a bit of good news I won some stamps on the Craft Stamper challenge, couldn't believe how lucky I was can't wait for them to arrive, back soon .

ABC, A spoonfull of sugar

Well I really love this sketch that Debbie designed for us from A spoonfull of sugar and the colour combination from ABC is one of my favourites, although I havn't used it for a while. The DT cards on both challenges are briliant. Friday sketcher and SCSC

Hiya, well i made this card on Sunday and it really felt like spring as the sun was shining through my dirty window, reflecting of my christmas cobwebs and I thought what the hell its my first day of for ages, blow the housework. I do hope I,m not the only one :o)

My bunny card is for two challenges, SCSC (Spring has sprung) wanted us to use spring colours and spring like creations, I think this lovely Penny Black stamp just shouts spring. Friday sketchers have supplied us with a wonderful sketch from Heidi I'll certainly be using this one again. The Dt's from both sites have done a great job inspiring us again. I just wish someone could inspire me to lose weight, Ive just come back from Weight Watchers and I'd gained weight again, but its a new week so must try harder ;-) Here are the links to the two challenges

Hiya, well I've managed to do three challenges on one card this week, been a bit short of time so it worked out well for me, The sketch comes from Friday Sketchers and its a really great design The colour scheme is from Colour Create and this week they chose peach and aqua, not a combination I use very often but was really pleased with the effect so I'll certainly use it again, they also wanted you to use DIY flowers and I'm afraid I got a bit carried away. Then finally the subject, Daring Cardmakers asked us to make an oriental card without black and red, all three challenges have the most amazing DT cards if you time please pop over and take a look, you certainly wont be dissapointed.

I've used DCWV Far East papers, Kerry Ko oriental lady from Debbi Moore, various punches sequins and gems from my stash. I water coloured the image and hilighted with sakura pens.

mojo monday

Hiya, well I think I'm a bit late for this challenge but have posted it any way, I actually lost my camera!!!!!!!!! looked everywhere the last time i can remember using it was on thursday morning , my youngest son had come home on a visit from Leeds where he and his wife live, I took his photo when he was off out in the snow, then that was it, gone, I eventually found it 10 mins ago in my rubbish bin , it had fell of my side table into the waste bin, well anyway I've got it back and the dogs have come out of the bedroom again.

SCSC, Sketch Saturday

Hiya, well this is the first time I've managed to do two challenges from one card, The sketch is from Sketch Saturday, you should see the wonderful cards the DTs have done and the winner gets some great stamps from Pollycraft. The second challenge is Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge. and Sue wanted you to make a card with the theme "At the Zoo" and again the DTs cards are brilliant, mine comes from the petting zoo lol . Sketch and Stash Challenge 3

Good evening, hope you have had a good day . I have used an early birthday present here, my hubby brought me the Leanne Ellis set of stamps from Sugar Nellie, this one is called Luvvie and isn't she just, so is my gorgeous hubby, I coloured her with my prismas and sansador and the papers are from an old pack of HOTP I found the other night, the flowers are from my sisters craft shop Krazy Krafters, thank you for taking the time to look, hope to be back tomorrow.

Friday Sketcher,Colour Create, Daring Cardmakers

Hiya, I recieved an early birthday pressie the Leanne Ellis set of stamps and I just love them. I think I've managed to combine a few challenges in this card The first is Friday Sketchers with a gorgeous sketch from Carole The second is a new Callenge called Colour Create Challenge http://fridaysketchersblog.blogspot.com

Colour create gave you three colours to use this week it was green, brown and pink, and last but not least is Daring Cardmakers, this week they would like you to use three patterned papers and if poss each one should have lines, well I think I've managed that but my table is in a right mess as I think I've emptied all my paper boxes looking for the right ones.http://daringcardmakers.blogspot.com/ well I must go and tidy up my papers now.
