Hello, long time no blog again, its been a funny old week . Got my mother in law in hospital which is about 30 miles away so running around a bit plus my brother that lives in Belgium came to visit and its Mums birthday, ohh almost forgot my son and daughter in law are here for the weekend, they live in Leeds. But I managed a card bit here bit there, its for Our Creative Corner a gorgeous sketch, and I used my new K & Co papers from the hobby house, the stamp is an old favorite Ive had for ages, used my copics (still trying to get to grips with them) to colour them. Hope its not to long before I'm back again.

Two cards today this one was a bit different havn't done a DL card for ages, Mojo monday gave us a lovely sketch thats supposed to be tall and slim, just like me I should be tall and slim but unfortunetly I'm short and round, oh well can't have everything. Stamp something asked for black, white and 1 colour I chose red, OK I'm off to bed now hope to see you soon.

Hiya, hope you are having a good weekend, I've had a really restfull day, hubby went fishing for the day and took my car, so I had to stay home alone ahhhhhhhhh loved every minute . I even had time to make a card, brought this stamp a couple of weeks ago and not had chance to ink it up till today, love it, gorgeous. I used the sketch from Friday sketchers, will certainly be using it again, the Saturday Challenge asked for green and pink, the photo's not brill the green backing papers not showing up very well, trust hubby to be fishing when I need him.lol.Well of to make a coffee, hope to see you later.

Hello there, I can't believe it two cards this week, must be doing something right. lol. not really I've hid my ironing again. There is a wonderful sketch over on the Sugar Bowl challenge and the "please include" is to use Kraft colour or brown and cream, my cream is more of an apricot, but I hope it counts as the prize is the new Gorguss girlz 3, so I've used my brand new stamp, never been inked before , gorguss girl thought it might be a good omen, coloured her with my copics and used prima flowers, K&Co paper, nesties and the ribbon and brad is from my stash. Hope to get back over the weekend,

Hiya,well what a bad blogger I am, just havn't had a lot of time recently, but I've managed a card tonight, whew!!!! it seems like an age since I've managed anything, but back with a vengence I've done two challenges in one here, the sketch is from Just Magnoia a couple of weeks ago I liked the look of it so kept it for future refrence, I have a spiral note book and copy any sketches I really like into that then if I get a mental block I pull out my book and wholla I'm all inspired again, this one is by the lovely Rach. Stamp with fun wanted us to use Dots and I have plenty of those, the baking paper is a K&Co and te Magnolia Pony has dots aswell. Roses on paper just wanted flowers and for us to combine the challenge with another, that was easy.lol. I've used my nesties,prima flowers and I'm also trying to get to grips with my few copics I've brought they are certainly taking some getting used to, think I'm being a bit heavy handed actually, trying to rush to get as much done in a couple of hours as poss. Hope to be back on Friday, but you never can tell these days, God Bless.

Wedding

Evening, it seems ages since I've had time to make a card never mind visit the blogs, but I've had a ME evening and really enjoyed it,mmmmmmmmmm I feel so content.
This is my wedding card, I'm afraid the photo hasn't turned out very well I think its the silver card, I tried using my daylight lamp but it didn't help much. Still you can get the gist. Its for the stamp something challenge, I love this stamp from stamping bella , Ive used a sakura stardust pen for the glitter on the flowers, ribbon from stash,brads and paper from my sister, Im hoping to get a bit more me time this week. Hello, I just love this sugar nellie stamp, custard, and with Stampavie challenge of black and yellow it just had to come out, I also used a Little Claire daisy stamp on the background. Another quicky tonight as I have to get my stuff ready for tomorrows workshop at The Hobby House, with Bev Rochester, so looking forward to it well worth the forty mile drive.

Evening, what a gorgeous day weve had here in sunny Skegness, far to nice to be working but at least it looks good when you look out the window. lol. Hope it stays nice for the weekend. I really enjoyed making this card, (I really enjoy making all my cards lol) the sketch is great from The Pink Elephant Challenge, and Cupcake Craft asked us to use 2 colours, 2 shapes and 2 ribbons,

Trio

Evening, I've done 3in1 tonight ABC wanted P for Pearls so I've used some pearl brads from Delish, in the middle of my flowers. The colour scheme is from Colour Create Lemon, Chocolate and Pink and also Shabby Chic was mentioned. Im not that good at shabby. The lovely sketch comes last weeks Simon Says I didn't get chance to use it last week but liked the look of it and thought I'd use it this week instead. Sarah Kay stamp just because I love it.

Belli

Hi, here's my card as guest designer for the Belli Challenge, Chris sent a download of some images for graduate, so I tiled the cap to make a baking paper and coloured it in, printed off the sentimate and made a scroll . Layered a couple of nesties to make a mat.

I really enjoyed being a guest designer on the Belli Challenge it was certainly an experience .lol.

well must get back to work now I'm on my tea break.

Its ages since I've managed to craft, but I thought I'd cheer myself up by doing my wet wet wet card, the stamp is a Kerry Jo from Debbi Moore, the papers are Delish and flowers from my stash, the gorgeous sketch was from Friday sketchers and the theme was from Daring cardmakers. Two tonight

Evening, I've managed to do two challenges in one tonight.

I've used the lovely sketch from the Sketch Saturday Challenge and the colour scheme from Colour Create that uses sky blue, tan and ecru, they als wanted gloss, glitter or glaze I dont know if it counts as I've used pearlised paper for the gloss and pearls in the flowers, she is wearing a bit of sakura glaze pen on her lips aswell. WOJ stamp, K&Co papers, nesties rest from my stash.

Will have to miss tomorrow as we are off to the pictures.

Hi this is my first time doing the copic challenge, I usually use prismas but decided to treat myself( after months of saying no I shaln't ) to a few markers, and I must say I think I shall get some more, I'm just struggling a bit trying to find some card where thy dont bleed over the edges. I used a whif of joy stamp, K&Co papers, nesties and brads from my stash.

Hiya, hope you have had a good weekend, I decided to do the Whiff of Joy challenge today, the brief was to make a card for a friend, I have a couple of friends this card would suit down to the ground, I've used K&Co paper with some plain bazill, ribbon and brad from stash flowers are prima. Evening, didn't think I was going to get a card on today as my son and DIL have come home for the weekend, my sister had given me some paper racks and I had to dismantle some shelving in my bat cave and I'd dumped loads of stuff in my spare room, so I had to clear it all out so they had somewhere to sleep. Its great to see them . last time was back in February. Well enough waffling I've used the great sketch from sketch and stash, the stamp is a funstamp that i hadn't used for ages, it also fits the cupcake challenge for man or boy and the colour scheme from pink elephant which was light blue, with either mid or dark blue , green and white. The papers are from a pack of my minds eye.

Belli Challenge

Hello, I'm so excited, I'm the Guest Designer for the Belli Challenge Blog for all of May.

With so many talented artists on the design team I was so nervous to get it right, in the end I wickled it down to two cards but couldn't decide which one I liked best so sent them both to Chris and asked her to help and choose one for me.

The brief this week is to make a girly or spring card using the Stamping up colours Apricot Appeal, Certainly Celery and Cameo Coral. If like me you don't own any Stamping Up colours you can choose anything you have closest to those colours. I've used a couple of stamps from the fantastic Stamptivity.
I've really enjoyed myself and can't wait for the next challenge.

Whiff of joy

Evening, aww I can't believe its Friday again, these weeks are just going so fast, I've been so busy this week hardly had time to turn my laptop on never mind make a card, but Fridays is my night for me, me, me. Tonight I chose to do a Whif of Joy challenge and boy did I enjoy it. I've used my K&Co papers, Prima flowers, nesties, paper ribbon, real ribbon and brad from my stash. Evening, hope everyone is having a good holiday weekend, still got another day before I'm back at work, heheheeeeee, thought I would use my third and last magnolia stamp, for the Just Magnolia challenge, I've used HOTP papers and Jumbo brads and eyelets for the Belli Challenge, if you go for the Belli challenge there is a Mr Linky but its quite a way down from the last post but just keep going down and you'll find it. Well I'm of to put some of my sisters stock out of her shop onto ebay for her, it takes ages for the photos to upload, it may take all night ,hope to be back tomorrow.
