Mo's Christmas

Hi there, I hope your all having a nice weekend with a bit of you time thrown in, we are having gorgeous weather here, it really is like the middle of summer, so what better way to cool down than make a Christmas card.
I felt I needed to reward myself since I managed to demolish one of my ironing piles, two more to go, and one that I keep hiding because it's clothes I don't like to iron. Do you do that, have clothes that are always last to get done because they are a pain to iron.

Anyway what better reward than an image from Mo's digital pencil. I colourd her with copics,
used Dovecraft papers. Robert Adams snowflake die, WOC flower ribbon, I really love this ribbon but didn't realise the net would melt when I heated my Frantage powder up, but I really love the effect it has left. birdcage die and flat back pearls, oh nearly forgot I distressed the edges with my scissors and a bit of distress ink, gathered twigs I think,

Meet Dragonfly

Hi there, I'm using a new digi from Ching Chou Kuik its called meet dragonfly , she has adorable eyes, and was a dream to play with,
We had a huge dragonfly in our garden today, it was about 4 inches across, it was lovely to watch it flying about, tormenting the dogs, my hubby had been trout fishing and said the trout were going mad trying to get them of the surface of the water.

I've coloured with copics used Prima papers spellbinders ornate oval, oh by the way i found out if you spray your fancy dies with silicone spray before use they cut out perfect, Sue Wilson doily die, glitter girls gems flowers from WOC and a charm and ribbon from my stash.

Another Sugar Nellie

Hi there, since looking through my Sugar Nellie stamp box I'm falling in love with them all over again, this is one of my favorites Leanne Ellis, Falling in love

I coloured her with copics , papers are Santoro Mirabelle and First Edition, ribbon from stash, Marianne header die, memory box flower die, pearls and a pearl slider, spellbinder scallop rectangle, John Adams leaves die and a Tim Holtz sentiment ticket.
Why is it when you have a week of work it takes another two before your back in the swing of things.
It seems to be taking ages for me to settle back into work I keep clock watching which is really bad as it makes the days drag, Oh well maybe tomorrow will be better.
