Hi there, it's time for the reminder card at Friday Sketch Challenge.

With the lovely sketch from Marie

I've used  cave-folks from Tiddly inks coloured with copics, the DP was from Yorkshire Trading mills kiddies section, ribbon and bone charm from stash.

The Paper Shelter #114

Morning all, hope you had a good weekend, I went to the Sincerely Yours show at Lincoln and it was awesome, spent far to much money, and now I can't find anywhere to put my new stash, such problems. lol.

This week at The paper shelter the theme is

Easel or Shaped Cards

I couldn't decide which so combined the two.

I've used A Mucha Influence cause I love her, coloured with copics, Spellbinder to cut the card shape and also the mount, some old cotton lace, pearl sprays and an assortment of paper flowers, K & Co papers.
I thought I'd use this for my Mums Birthday, it's quite thick so I wouldn't like to post it but I'll be hand delivering it anyway. I'ts not till next month so I best put it somewhere safe, it wouldn't be the first time I've made cards in advance and then lost them, so then I have to rush round and make a new one.

OOopps Bit late getting my post out today, we went out last night and today has been manic at work, good job I did my shopping on line else I had nothing in for tea.

I try not to go to Skegness on a Bank Holiday weekend, as much as we need the holiday makers coming and spending their lovely money here, I can do without joining them in Tesco's for my weekly shop.

Fathers Day

Hi there, thought I'd better get a move on with my Fathers Day Cards, four done six left, 

Been so busy lately hope I get them all done.

I'm not very technical and only just realized I can listen to music on You Tube and blog at the same time, so Paul Carrack is getting a blast tonight, I saw him at our local theater not having heard much about him, now I'm hooked he has such an easy voice to listen to.

Anyway heres my card using a great digi from I'm not sure where, if anyone knows can you let me know so I can credit them, and I can also update my folders, 

Coloured with copics, the windows and lights are3D laquered, papers are Grace Taylor playtime, ribbon from stash, sentiment Personal impressions, memory box slider and a little wooden bird I coloured with my copics as well.

Reminder card for #43 Friday Sketch Challenge

It feels like winter has come back today, so cold, rain and windy.

I chose pocketable-puppy coloured with copics, basic grey papers, nestie, orange brads and some paper flowers, I glittered the flowers and 3D laquered the leaves.

We also have a fabulous new sponsor Birdie Brown who is giving away 3 fee digi's to the winner, she also very generously gave us DT some images to play with, I chose party dog , he is perfect for a friend of mine that is forty this year , he has four dogs, all of them are rescue dogs, and both he and his wife do loads for the charity keiths rescue dogs

I coloured him with copics, used 3D laquer on the balloons, some googly eyes, Basic grey paper and some doggy buttons.

Hi there, were halfway through challenge 42 at Friday sketch challenge how quick the weeks are going, My Mum always said the older you get the quicker the years go and boy was she right.

I'm afraid I took this photo at night so the colours are not brilliant, I've used a Mo's digital pencil image, coloured with copics, Maya Road papers, pink pearlesent card, Nesties,paper flowers, pearl hearts, cream organza and stamens.
