Dexter

Hi all, I hope everyone had a great Christmas and is looking forward to the New Year, I decided to make a few calendars instead of New Year cards, that way they last a bit longer.
This one is for the Sketch and Stash challenge who provided us with a lovely sketch, I've changed it a tad and taken the two flowers of the sides, didn't think this card needed anything else.
My gorgeous son and DIL brought me Dexter for Christmas, I've wanted some Motivet stamps for ages they also got me Shy Hilda she's facing the ink tomorrow for another calendar.
Hope to be back tomorrow.

Tree

This one is a bit out of my comfort zone , I had it planned in my head how it would look, and it was nothing like this:0) I used a chipboard tree inked with shabby shutters and then stamped on top with a impression obsession stamp in the shabby shutters again, i wrapped it with a paper ribbon, used my minds eye paper and glitter card for the bottom, finshing of with a hotp big brad.
I'm putting this card into 3 challenges
Posh designs scrapbook store sketch with ribbon/trim and a chipboard shape.
Everybody art challenge Red and green.

stocking

Hi, this card is for two challenges, I used the sketch from Truly Scrumptious and they also wanted you to use vellum so I tore a strip for the sentiment to go on. My Time to craft asked for Christmas Foliage so even though holly berries are not pink in real life I thought they would still count.
Ive used a Lili of the valley stamp that I coloured with copics and loads of glitter, My minds eye papers, nesties, a coupe of white brads that i coloured with copics then glittered.
Take care.

Evening, hows everyone going with your Christmas cards? Think I might have to buy a box ( hangs her head in shame) for just the odd person. Brought this stamp a few weeks ago so I thought I'd better get a few more cards out of it before it gets put away for a while.

ICS no 45

Hi there, what an awsome sketch Dawn has given us to work with, I found it a pleasure to use, Dawn is also giving the winner some candy, so why not have a go you can twist , flip rotate anything really as long as the sketch is still visable.

I was lucky enough to win a challenge a few weeks ago and my prize was four digi images from Sketching Stamper Digi-Stamps you really must pop across and have a look they are gorgeous, one of mine is this partridge in a pear tree, Ithink it makes a great Christmas card coupled with Dawns sketch. I coloured it with copics mounted it on bazill basics and my minds eye dp , fiskars threading water punch bit of red ribbon, hero arts crystal snowflakes and diamante ribbon slider both of these of my sister, thank you mwahh,

Please pop over to ICS and join in the fun.
