Friday Sketch Challenge #43

We have a great sketch this week at Friday sketch challenge designed by the lovely Kelly
We also have a fabulous new sponsor Birdie Brown who is giving away 3 fee digi's to the winner, she also very generously gave us DT some images to play with, I chose party dog , he is perfect for a friend of mine that is forty this year , he has four dogs, all of them are rescue dogs, and both he and his wife do loads for the charity keiths rescue dogs

I coloured him with copics, used 3D laquer on the balloons, some googly eyes, Basic grey paper and some doggy buttons.
